In-Home Technician

As an In-Home Service Technician, you’ll install, service, and troubleshoot satellite and home technology for customers across urban and rural communities. We provide hands-on training to help you deliver safe, professional installations and a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot satellite and home technology

• Evaluate installation sites and safely run cable and equipment

• Diagnose service issues and complete repairs or equipment upgrades

• Educate customers on their systems and available products

• Maintain accurate job updates and service documentation

• Travel to customer locations while providing professional, respectful service

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with basic computer and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills

• Able to lift 70+ lbs and safely climb and work from ladders

• Comfortable working outdoors, on roofs, and in varying weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Experience

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of inventory accountability experience preferred
