Warehouse Associate

About The Role

Keep Microcom Moving.

As a Warehouse & Inventory Specialist, you’ll help keep our technicians and teams equipped by managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse.

What You’ll Do

  • Fulfill inventory requests for technicians, contractors, and Microcom locations

  • Receive, process, track, and ship inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, and returns

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, counts, transfers, and system records

  • Keep installation materials organized and readily available for technicians

  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and vehicles

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while supporting Microcom teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office

  • Able to lift 60+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Strong time management, organization, communication, and reliability

  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of inventory accountability experience preferred
